PURPOSE
The Texas Association of School Boards is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership association serving the state’s more than 7,000 elected school board trustees. Since 1949, TASB has provided leadership development, governance training, and legal and operational services to promote educational excellence in districts across Texas.
OUTREACH
Its members include school board members, trustees, and district governance professionals who rely on TASB for tools, training, and support to serve their communities effectively.
