Celebrate Public Schools
PURPOSE
The Texas School Coalition represents school districts that lose significant funding through the state’s “recapture” system, often called “Robin Hood.” It advocates for fair school finance policies that allow all districts to meet student needs while ensuring the state meets its constitutional obligation to fund public education.
OUTREACH
Members include property-wealthy districts, their superintendents, trustees, and finance officers, all committed to equitable funding that doesn’t overburden local taxpayers.
