PURPOSE
Texans for Strong Public Schools is a nonpartisan advocacy group advancing smart, research-backed policies that keep Texas public schools strong and well-funded. From legislative strategy to coalition-building, the organization brings expertise and credibility to statewide education conversations. It works behind the scenes and in public forums to ensure policy stays focused on student success.

OUTREACH
Texans for Strong Public Schools is composed of education-focused civic leaders, business executives, retired superintendents, policy analysts, philanthropists, and engaged parents. Many members have served on school boards, in state-level policy roles, or in leadership positions within chambers of commerce or education nonprofits. The organization brings together people who value nonpartisan, data-driven solutions and see strong public education as foundational to Texas’s long-term economic and civic health. Members contribute both technical expertise and community influence to shape effective, equitable policy
